Getting Started: Intro and Warm-Up for Beginner Conditioning
This session is planned for those who are just starting the gym or haven’t had much experience in the training field.
It’s important to build a solid conditioning base in order to maximize muscle gains and avoid injuries.
According to the training principles, we must start with an “anatomic adaptation period”, and from time to time we’ll be getting ready to increase the training volume, intensity, and workload.
Don’t hurry up, respect the training protocols, resting time, and trust in the process, and you’ll see results sooner than you’ve imagined.
Before starting: we recommend you type your weight and height, and take a front, lat, and back picture of yourself.
Training session
Before starting, always do mobility and full-body pre-activation. Always remember to exhale when pushing and inhale when relaxing.
